How do I book a hotel?
Browse the collection, open a hotel, choose your room and dates, then enter your details and pay securely. You'll immediately receive a confirmation with a booking reference beginning LUM-.
Is my booking confirmed instantly?
Completing payment secures your booking request and gives you a confirmation reference straight away. Reservations remain subject to availability at the hotel — in the rare event we cannot confirm your room, you'll receive a full refund.
What's included in the price?
All rates include breakfast. The total shown before you pay is fully itemised: the room rate, applicable taxes (VAT / city tax), and a service fee. Everything is displayed in euros (EUR) so there are no surprises at checkout.
Can I book more than one room?
Yes — choose the number of rooms and guests on the hotel page, and the total updates automatically to reflect your stay.
Payments
When is my card charged, and is it secure?
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own PCI-compliant page and are never seen or stored by this site. Your card is charged when you complete the payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — all handled securely by Stripe.
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
Stripe automatically emails a payment receipt once your booking is paid. If you need a formal booking invoice, contact us with your LUM- reference and we'll arrange one.
Your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
As a guide, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Exact times vary by hotel and appear on your confirmation.
Can I make a special request?
Yes — add requests such as a late check-in, a high floor or dietary needs at checkout. We'll pass them to the hotel, though they're subject to availability and can't be guaranteed.
Changes & cancellations
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Rates are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as shown at checkout before you pay. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible with your reference and we'll do our best to help with the hotel — though changes cannot be guaranteed. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What if the hotel can't honour my booking?
If, for any reason, we're unable to secure your reservation with the hotel, you'll receive a full refund of everything you paid.
